Layaa User Agreement

Welcome to Layaa (the "App" or "Platform"), provided and controlled by Layaa Technologies ("Layaa," "we," "us," or "our"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Layaa’s services, including the Layaa App, related websites, and features (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, clicking "Sign Up," or agreeing during registration, you accept this Agreement. If you disagree, do not use the services.

1. Special Notices

  • 1. Acceptance By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Child Safety Policy and all supplemental terms. We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • 2. Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to use Layaa. If local laws require a higher age, that age applies. Users under the minimum age may only access Layaa with verified parental consent.
  • 3. Account Responsibility You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account and password. All activities under your account are deemed your actions.

2. Services Content

  • 1. Service Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without liability.
  • 2. Paid Services Certain features require payment. Charges will be disclosed upfront. Refusal to pay restricts access to paid services.
  • 3. Maintenance We may interrupt maintenance services. Advance notice will be provided where feasible, but we bear no liability for interruptions.
  • 4. Service Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
  • 4.1. Violate this Agreement;
  • 4.2. Are underage;
  • 4.3. Fail to pay for services.

3. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Contact us at contact@layaa.live with questions.

4. Virtual Items

  • 1. Purchases You may purchase virtual currency ("Coins") and gifts ("Gifts"). Coins are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • 2. Payment All transactions are final. Currency conversion fees are determined by your payment provider.
  • 3. Usage Coins and Gifts are for in-App use only. Unauthorized resale or exchange is prohibited.

5. Account Management

  • 1. Registration You must provide accurate information. Third-party login (e.g., Google, Facebook) is permitted but subject to their policies.
  • 2. Termination You may delete your account via Settings > Account Management. Deletion is irreversible. We reserve the right to disable accounts for violations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • 1. Post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
  • 2. Impersonate others;
  • 3. Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt services;
  • 4. Violate laws or third-party rights.
  • 5. User-generated content is your responsibility. We may remove content violating this Agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content (text, graphics, code, etc.) is owned by Layaa. By uploading content, you grant Layaa a global, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it.

8. Disclaimers

  • 1. "As Is" Basis Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a purpose.
  • 2. Third-Party Links We are not responsible for external links or content. Use it at your own risk.
  • 3. Force Majeure We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

9. Legal & Disputes

  • 1. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by Singapore law.
  • 2. Arbitration Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.
